Terms and Conditions for Online Payment with FRENZ

About these Terms and Conditions

1. In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” means FRENZ Recruitment, and “you” means the person who has registered on our web site and is making a payment through our website www.frenz.co.nz (“website”).

2. Any request for the services on our website (“Services”) that you place with us and any Services we sell to you are subject to:

  • These Terms and Conditions, which are posted on the website, and which you are deemed to accept by placing an order;
  • Any additional terms and conditions on our website which apply specifically to that Service;
  • Any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in New Zealand, which are modified and limited by these Terms and Conditions only to the extent permitted by law.

3. These Terms and Conditions:

  • Prevail over any inconsistent terms in any other communication or agreement
  • Cannot be varied unless we agree in writing to that variation.

Location of Services

4. If you sign-on through our website, we will only deliver services from our office in New Zealand.

Online payment transactions

5. Payment for our services can be made through our website using Visa™ or MasterCard™ Credit Cards.

6. All payments are conducted in New Zealand Dollars ($NZ), and we accept no risk or liability where foreign exchange rates may prove unfavourable.

7. When you make a payment through our website we will send you a payment Confirmation and receipt via email.

Price and GST

8. The price for the Services will be the price in NZ dollars as quoted on the website or advised by us.

9. Either before or after the commencement of the Services, or on any change in the Services, we may, at our discretion, or will if so required by the client, provide an estimate and/or agree with the client the total fees for the Services.

10. We may alter the prices of our services, and the services available on our website, and any other information on our website, at any time before you make a payment without notice to you.

Delivery Time and Method

11. We will commence providing our service to you within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

12. Method of delivery, all our correspondence and communication throughout the provision of our services will be either via email, telephone, Skype, in person or by written communication.

Refunds

13. Refunds of fees paid online will only be made in accordance with the following policy:

14. If you withdraw within 24 hours of payment, we will refund the fee paid in the last 24 hours less 20% of that fee.

15. All payments must be made prior to the commencement of service.

Fee Refunds After Engagement of Services

16. If you wish to withdraw after we have commenced our service, we reserve the right not to issue a refund of the fee paid.

17. If you are subsequently refused a visa by the New Zealand Immigration Service for reasons outside of the control of FRENZ Recruitment, we will not issue a refund of the fee paid.

Indemnity

18. You agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified against all loss, costs (including legal fees and costs), damage, expense or injury, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising directly or indirectly from, or in connection with, your access to, or use of, this website, or the supply or non-supply of Services.

Privacy

19. To commence our services, we need to collect and hold personal information. Failure to provide us with this information may prevent us from providing services to you or limit the quality of the services provided. You authorise FRENZ Recruitment to obtain or release any information necessary for these purposes.

20. Any information collected will be used only to provide immigration and recruitment services.
