Boat Builders


Conducting refit, repair, and refurbishment work for smaller local or large superyachts.


  • Determining repair requirements and procedures
  • Styling plans and specs for fabrication and cabinetry
  • Working with variety of materials, notably timber & composites
  • Fitting hardware
  • Building/installing structures ranging from cabins to rudders as well as cabinetry
  • Making and assembling parts to form and install cabinetry

Boat Painters


Preparing and repairing boat surfaces for painting,  match/mix paint, applying paint and doing follow up.


  • Preparing wood, fiberglass and metal surfaces for paint application, including repair of knocks and irregularities
  • Adding protection to surrounding surfaces and hardware
  • Loading paint, oil, lacquer, varnish and rustproofing agents into spray equipment
  • Matching and mixing paint
  • Applying paint and varnish using brushes, spray guns and rollers
  • Following post paint / cleaning procedures

Project Managers


Project managing small to large refit and repair jobs from start to finish on time and on budget


  • Creating project scope, team requirements and costs
  • Managing schedule and teams to the timeline and the budget
  • Engaging with stakeholders – clients, suppliers, and workers, including subcontractors
  • Working with direct report and other project managers to coordinate shared resources
  • Create and manage invoices and receivables
