Service & Delivery Specialist – Heat Exchangers

Support key clients in the dairy and agri-tech sectors with critical maintenance and upgrade services.

Our client, a leader in heat exchange systems and process technology, is seeking a Service & Delivery Specialist to drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of service and upgrade projects. Based in either Mt Maunganui or Hamilton, this role is ideal for a mechanically minded, client-focused professional with strong planning and delivery experience.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on ensuring uptime and efficiency across multiple service sites—especially in the dairy processing industry.

The Role:

As the Service & Delivery Specialist, you’ll take the lead in quoting, planning, and delivering service and upgrade projects, with a particular focus on heat exchangers and related processing equipment. You’ll work across multiple client sites, managing relationships, assessing equipment needs, and coordinating internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery.

This role is essential to maintaining continuity across dairy processing lines, ensuring system reliability, compliance, and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in service delivery, maintenance planning, or mechanical processing
• Strong understanding of heat exchangers, production systems, or plant maintenance
• Ability to scope jobs, quote accurately, and coordinate end-to-end delivery
• Comfortable managing high-value client relationships across multiple sites
• Skilled in project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Projects)
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Experience:

• Background in the dairy or agri-tech sector
• Trade-qualified (mechanical fitter, dairy technician, or related)
• Experience supporting multiple service divisions or working across multiple client locations
