As a member of our team, you will be responsible for project managing small to large refit and repair jobs from start to finish on time and on budget:
o Creating project scope, team requirements and costs
o Managing schedule and teams to the timeline and the budget
o Engaging with stakesholders – clients, suppliers, and workers, including subcontractors
o Working with direct report and other project managers to coordinate shared resources
o Create and manage invoices and receivables

We offer a competitive annual salary of between $62,000 and $125,000, based on experience. We value work life balance: the work is generally 40 hours per week between weekday hours of 7am – 4:00pm so you can avoid traffic. Though you may need to make time for our regular team BBQs.

- Qualifications/experience required To do well in this role, you’ll: o Minimum 1 year experience project managing boat refit/refurb or repair or project management in construction, building or repair work with good working knowledge of boat building o Be confident in reading rough sketches as well as technical drawings (CAD) o Have the ability to identify & prioritise tasks, generally through the use of project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts) o Have excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills o Have a strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision o Be able to work under pressure and manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously o Have a strong command of written and spoken English o Be of good character based on previous employer reference check, criminal history and pre-employment drug test
