What You’ll Do as a FRENZ Adviser
- Managing a wide range of temporary and permanent visa applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic advice.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships across multiple industries — from primary sector employers to trade, technical, and professional clients.
- Driving business growth by identifying opportunities within our existing client database and confidently pursuing new relationships aligned with our core service set.
- Collaborating with our recruitment and marketing teams to promote FRENZ through seminars, webinars, video content, and public relations activities.
- Contributing to expanding and evolving FRENZ’s service offering — helping shape the next generation of integrated recruitment and immigration solutions.
- Remaining current with Immigration NZ policies, circulars, and industry trends, translating these into practical strategies for clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Fully or (Business Tested Provisional) Licensed Immigration Adviser with a solid understanding of New Zealand immigration law and processes.
- Cross-industry insight — able to relate to employers and candidates across farming, trades, engineering, and beyond.
- A hunter mentality – enthusiastic about business development, networking, and converting opportunities into results.
- Strong communication and client-facing confidence — comfortable presenting, hosting, or appearing in promotional content, combined with strong listening skills.
- Collaborative team player with professional maturity and a genuine interest in offering relevant solutions.
