What You’ll Do

• Manage a wide range of temporary and permanent visa applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic advice.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple industries — from primary sector employers to trade, technical, and professional clients.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within our existing client database and confidently pursuing new relationships aligned with our core service set.
• Collaborate with our recruitment and marketing teams to promote FRENZ through seminars, webinars, video content, and public relations activities.
• Contribute to expanding and evolving FRENZ’s service offering — helping shape the next generation of integrated recruitment and immigration solutions.
• Remain current with Immigration NZ policies, circulars, and industry trends, translating these into practical strategies for clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed or Provisional Immigration Adviser with a solid understanding of New Zealand immigration law and processes.
• Cross-industry insight — able to relate to employers and candidates across farming, trades, engineering, and beyond.
• A hunter mentality – enthusiastic about business development, networking, and converting opportunities into results.
• Strong communication and client-facing confidence — comfortable presenting, hosting, or appearing in promotional content/media, combined with strong listening skills.
