What you’ll be doing
In generic terms, you’ll be:
- Wiring & Installing Electrical Components in buildings, machinery, or industrial equipment.
- Diagnosing, Repairing, Replacing and Maintaining EquipmentÂ
- Reading & Understanding Technical Schematics and ManualsÂ
- Testing Systems to ensure operation, safety and adherence to codes.
- Building & Wiring Panels and SwitchboardsÂ

What you’ll need
- Electrical Fitter experience or strong experience in the industrial or commercial electricity space & looking to become an Electrical Fitter.
- Experience in Substation 400V, 11kV to 33kV in Construction or Maintenance
- Valid Class 1 Drivers Licence and experience driving vehicles on all roads, terrain and weather conditions
- Preferably either hold an Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) Registration as an Electrical Fitter/Electrician or ready to apply
- Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job and have a strong commitment to health & safely
- Ability to communicate confidently and have a great eye for detail
