Christiaan has been the Company Director of FRENZ International for the past 8 years. He manages all aspects of the business to ensure a high degree of standards are being introduced and maintained. Christiaan sets targets for the company and has a team approach to achieve those. One of his key assets is his ability to find positive solutions for challenges.
He is an IAA licensed Immigration Adviser and has given Immigration advice for over a decade.
Christiaan has successfully owned and developed several businesses.

As Senior Recruitment Consultant, Nanna offers a sound knowledge in Human Resources, gained through a working background for corporate companies in London. Nanna is about to complete her Diploma In Management specializing in Human Resources to formalize her practical work experience. Her ability to think fast and make sound decisions makes her the natural choice to manage the Auckland office. Nanna has joined FRENZ in 2006 and specializes in recruitment and is responsible for background checks, interviews as well as placements. She has a very sound understanding of the dairy farming industry.
Claire Smeath
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Claire has a key role in all our recruitment. Having gained her passion for the industry whilst she was at university where she graduated in 2004 as student of the Year. She is the key contact for Agricultural Universities globally and manages all overseas agricultural graduates who are looking to gain further knowledge in the New Zealand dairy industry. Claire has been a Recruitment consultant with FRENZ for the past 4 years.
Claire is also the point of call for all account queries.
Jessica Liao
Recruitment Consultant
Jessica joined the team in March 2011.She completed her Bachelor of Business degree with double major in Human Resources and Employment Relations and Management, from Auckland University of Technology in October 2010. Jessica is conducting interviews, background checks and sourcing applicants before submitting them to employers.
